Considering the strict requirements for equipment import in Britain, our company started production three months ahead of schedule, and all parts were marked with English operation marks and compliance certification documents. The transportation link adopts "sea transportation+land transportation" seamless connection: the equipment is transported through Rotterdam Port in two batches, each RO membrane pressure vessel is wrapped with shockproof foam independently, and the control cabinet is built with moisture-proof agent to monitor the temperature and humidity in real time. In the end, the equipment arrived in Manchester 100% intact within the agreed construction period and passed the local customs compliance inspection.

Days 1-3: Complete the installation of the preprocessing system, simultaneously lay 316L stainless steel pipes, using argon arc welding technology to ensure interface sealing, and conduct pressure testing up to 1.2MPa without leakage; Day 4-6: Hoist the RO membrane pressure vessel (single unit weighs 85kg), accurately position and secure it, with 2 engineers having over 10 years of experience manually loading the RO membranes, ensuring no damage to the membrane elements and correct installation direction; Days 7-8: Install the PLC control cabinet and intelligent monitoring system, connect to the central monitoring platform of the complex, achieving real-time warning for "water production volume, water quality TDS value, equipment faults," with an operation interface that supports both Chinese and English switching to adapt to the local operation and maintenance team's usage habits.
After the delivery of the project, our company provided three-day on-site training for the operation and maintenance team of the complex, covering "daily inspection (such as judging the replacement cycle of filter elements), emergency treatment (such as rapid flushing of RO membrane fouling) and data monitoring (viewing equipment operation data through mobile phone APP)", and provided English operation manuals and video tutorials to ensure that the team can independently complete basic operation and maintenance.

Up to now, this system has operated stably for 18 months with a 0% failure rate. The comprehensive water consumption cost of the complex has decreased by 22% compared with the previous period, mainly due to reduced equipment maintenance and scale cleaning expenses.

This Manchester commercial reverse osmosis (RO) project is not only another benchmark case of "technology going global" for Shandong Shuijingzhu Technology, but also proves the adaptability and quality advantages of Chinese water treatment equipment in international commercial scenarios. In the future, we will continue to deepen our presence in the overseas market, and with customized solutions and professional services, provide safe, efficient and energy-saving water purification experiences for global commercial customers, bringing high-quality water treatment technology to more cross-border commercial scenarios.
